When your asphalt needs attention,
We'll handle it.
Patching & Base Repairs
When asphalt fails, it usually starts small — a pothole here, a soft spot there — but without proper repair, the damage spreads quickly. That’s where patching and base repairs come in. These services restore both the surface and the foundation of your pavement, ensuring your lot or roadway stays safe, functional, and looking its best.
Full-Depth Asphalt Patching
For areas where the asphalt has completely broken down, full-depth patching is the long-term solution. We cut out the damaged section, remove the weakened base material, and replace it with new aggregate and hot-mix asphalt. The result is a fresh, stable section of pavement that blends seamlessly with the surrounding area and performs like new.

HOT MIX VS. COLD PATCH
Not every repair needs the same approach.
- Hot-Mix Asphalt – The gold standard for durability. Heated and compacted on-site, it bonds tightly to the existing pavement and withstands heavy traffic and harsh Ontario weather.
- Cold Patch – A temporary fix when hot-mix isn’t practical (such as in the middle of winter). Cold patch is a quick way to make potholes safe until a permanent hot-mix repair can be scheduled.
